Killaloe is the original home for Canada's favourite pastry, BeaverTails. The Tour de BeaverTails celebrates this accomplishment with four rides and a 5km walk through the village and Ottawa Valley countryside that inspired this treat. There is a route to suit every rider's ability from easy to challenging and a walk for those who do not want to ride. Funds raised will be used by the Killaloe and Area Lions Club to purchase a portable autorefractor to bring better eyesight to those who need it.
